Tasks
- Enable teams to run high-quality campaigns.
- Execute complex, technical, or cross-market use cases.
- Build a scalable, reliable, and data-driven mobile CRM setup.
- Improve app engagement and retention.
- Design push and in-app communication strategies.
- Own the app CRM tool and its roadmap.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, and partners.
- Collaborate on mobile CRM data, consent, and integrations.
- Develop and test app retention strategies and promotions.
- Define standards, best practices, templates, and documentation.
- Own reporting and KPI frameworks.
- Support teams with insights and optimization recommendations.
- Monitor mobile CRM and app engagement trends.
- Translate trends into actionable improvements.
