Requirements

- •Experience with push and in-app platforms
- •Technical understanding of mobile apps
- •Ability as technical advisor and sparring partner
- •Solid analytical skills
- •Structured, proactive, and clear communication
- •Fluency in English and B1 German
Tasks
- •Design push notifications and in-app communication strategies
- •Manage the app CRM tool and technical roadmap
- •Support marketing teams with campaign planning and execution
- •Execute complex, technical, or cross-market use cases
- •Act as the central interface for app CRM topics
- •Collaborate with Product and Tech on event tracking
- •Manage data structures, consent logic, and SDK updates
- •Develop and test app retention strategies and promotions
- •Define standards, best practices, and documentation
- •Own reporting and KPI frameworks for engagement and retention
- •Provide teams with insights and optimization recommendations
- •Monitor market trends to identify actionable improvements
