Requirements

  • •Experience in business analyst, process optimisation specialist, model interpreter, or AI-enablement consultant roles
  • •Solid understanding of client lifecycle management (CLM) and onboarding in private banking or wealth management
  • •Experience with AI, machine learning, NLP, or automation technologies
  • •Strong ability to interpret AI/ML outputs and explain findings to compliance and business stakeholders
  • •Experience in simplifying and re-engineering manual processes with measurable efficiency gains
  • •Knowledge of EU and German (BaFin) KYC/AFC regulatory frameworks
  • •Strong analytical thinking with the ability to create structured documentation and clear process flows
  • •Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability
  • •Proficiency in German and English
  • •Exposure to AI/ML platforms or vendors used in KYC
  • •Understanding of data lineage, model governance, model explainability (XAI), and responsible AI frameworks
  • •Experience in consulting or advisory roles
  • •Familiarity with agile delivery and tooling (Jira/Confluence)
  • •Valid working permit for Germany

Tasks

  • •Translate KYC / AFC requirements into AI-driven process designs
  • •Assess client onboarding and risk assessment processes
  • •Identify opportunities for AI, machine learning, and automation
  • •Serve as a liaison between compliance, operations, and data teams
  • •Evaluate AI outputs and interpret results for stakeholders
  • •Develop target operating models with AI-enabled decisioning
  • •Lead workshops on AI capabilities and risks
  • •Support algorithm validation and model governance activities
  • •Define data requirements and business rules for AI processes
  • •Conduct impact and risk assessments for regulatory alignment
  • •Create user stories, process flows, and implementation plans
  • •Support UAT and workflow integration testing
