- Implement KPIs within the data mart layer
- Support migration from SAP BO to GCP/Looker
- Analyze legacy reporting systems
- Understand existing data usage and KPI logic
- Define improved BigQuery solutions
- Identify missing data points
- Evaluate data dependencies
- Coordinate with Data Engineering for complete solutions
- Implement monitoring, testing, and documentation frameworks
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and transparency
- Partner with business teams and analysts
- Align technical solutions with business needs
- Develop standardized reporting layers like Looker Studio
- Prevent inefficient ad-hoc reporting
- Facilitate training sessions for business users
- Provide support for business users
- Enhance adoption of reporting tools
- Improve understanding of KPI logic
