Requirements

  • •Initial experience in Banking or Structured Finance
  • •Ideal international experience and tool familiarity
  • •Strong analytical skills and economic understanding
  • •Expertise in financial and market analysis
  • •Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • •Excellent communication, proactivity, and teamwork

  • •Produce peer-group and trading benchmarks
  • •Prepare management and board presentations
  • •Support strategic client dialogues
  • •Participate in live transactions
  • •Identify new business opportunities
  • •Draft pitchbooks and RfP responses
  • •Manage due diligence documentation
  • •Coordinate with internal product and coverage teams
  • •Contribute to credit and investment committee processes
  • •Assist in structuring and evaluating financing transactions
  • •Support transactions throughout their entire lifecycle
  • •Ensure compliance with data quality and regulatory requirements
