  • Prepare memorandums and presentations
  • Support due diligence processes
  • Assist in investment negotiations
  • Draft transaction documentation
  • Communicate with internal and external partners
  • Attend and contribute to meetings
  • Build a professional real estate network
  • Conduct regular investment reporting
  • Organize global investment forums
  • Drive new business development
  • Conduct market research
  • Prepare investment strategy papers
  • Support financing activities
