- •University degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
- •Experience in rotorcraft flight mechanics
- •Proficiency in FlightLab
- •Strong understanding of static and dynamic stability, control ranges, handling qualities, and model correlation with flight-test data
- •Basic scripting/programming skills (e.g., Python, Java or similar)
- •Strong organizational and planning abilities
- •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- •Effective communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts
- •Ability to capture lessons learned and apply them to future projects
- •Project-management experience in aerospace or engineering environment
- •Experience with other rotorcraft flight-mechanics codes (e.g., CAMRAD) is beneficial
- •Authorization to work in Germany
- •Value potential, curiosity, and willingness to learn
