In this role, you will lead flight-mechanics projects, focusing on rotorcraft stability and control while collaborating with diverse engineering teams. Your work will involve developing predictive models and ensuring compliance with aviation standards.

Requirements

• •University degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
• •Experience in rotorcraft flight mechanics
• •Proficiency in FlightLab
• •Strong understanding of static and dynamic stability, control ranges, handling qualities, and model correlation with flight-test data
• •Basic scripting/programming skills (e.g., Python, Java or similar)
• •Strong organizational and planning abilities
• •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• •Effective communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts
• •Ability to capture lessons learned and apply them to future projects
• •Project-management experience in aerospace or engineering environment
• •Experience with other rotorcraft flight-mechanics codes (e.g., CAMRAD) is beneficial
• •Authorization to work in Germany

Tasks

• •Lead flight-mechanics projects
