Requirements
- •MS degree with focus on Integrated Circuit Design
- •Understanding of semiconductor device level operation & physics
- •Expertise in transistor level analog design
- •Knowledge in analog blocks: Amplifiers/OPAMP circuits, LDOs, Bandgaps & Bias Circuits, Temperature Sensor, Oscillators
- •Knowledge in various ADC architectures and architectural trade-offs
- •Knowledge in low power design methodologies
- •High voltage analog circuit design & knowledge of BCD/HV processes is a plus
- •Understanding of layout considerations for high precision analog applications
- •Knowledge about analog/mixed-signal co-simulations & analog verification
- •Experience in lab evaluation, programming and data analysis in C#, Python, and/or Matlab
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills

Tasks
- •Design next-generation automotive BMS chips
- •Break down system-level requirements into design specifications
- •Architect and design analog signal chains and subsystems
- •Perform transistor-level analog circuit design and simulations
- •Conduct block-level and system-level modeling and simulations
- •Deliver blocks that meet timing, area, and performance requirements
- •Support post-silicon validation and debugging
