- •Support unit-level forecasting for all marketplaces
- •Execute the PAN-EU operations rollout
- •Launch products on international and third-party marketplaces
- •Audit and refine logistics SOPs
- •Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs
- •Identify and execute operational improvements
