- BSc/MSc in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or similar
- Continuous improvement drive and communication skills
- Independent and collaborative multidisciplinary teamwork
- Driving technical decisions or risk resolution

- Clean, organized, and structured work approach
- Basic Python, C++, or similar knowledge
- Basic CAD software knowledge
- Fluent English
- Previous experience in assembly/test of complex systems
- Basic understanding of aerospace systems

Tasks
- Ensure smooth, efficient integration activities
- Participate in change management processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve KPIs
- Follow up on non-conformities
- Create and maintain AIT workflows
- Optimize launch vehicle AIT workflows
- Manage operational interfaces with Testing, Logistics, Quality Assurance
- Improve vehicle integration timeline
- Develop tools for planning, monitoring, optimizing integration
- Drive engineering change management processes
- Assess criticality of non-conformances
- Define scope of non-conformance impact
- Develop corrective and preventive actions
- Validate corrective and preventive actions
- Represent AIT to Design Engineering, Launch Operations, Production
- Ensure AIT requirements are integrated into decisions
- Identify internal process improvements
- Lead process improvements for efficiency
- Reduce rework and strengthen data flow
- Ensure safe execution of integration activities
- Implement PPE, ESD, HSE rules
- Develop concepts for AIT facilities
- Realize AIT facility concepts across sites
