Description

In this role, you will drive the strategic adoption of AI across departments, empowering teams through tailored training and resources. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing projects, fostering a learning community, and acting as a trusted AI coach.

Requirements

• •Minimum 8 years' experience in a dynamic, adaptive, fast-paced environment
• •Hands-on experience building AI workflows, automations, or solutions
• •Ability to translate complex AI concepts into accessible language
• •Strong relationship-building with cross-functional teams
• •Problem-solving mindset with AI use cases
• •Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Tasks

• •Design and deliver organization-wide AI adoption initiatives
• •Create resources, workshops, hackathons, and summits for AI skills
• •Continuously update offerings as AI tools and best practices evolve
• •Collaborate with People Partners and Strategy teams for AI transformations
• •Support capability building and AI upskilling tailored to each function
• •Define and manage AI rollout timelines with clear milestones
• •Measure and report on adoption effectiveness and engagement metrics
• •Provide AI coaching and problem-solving support to teams
• •Partner with internal communications to build a strong AI community
• •Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for AI mentors
• •Oversee the growth and success of the AI Hub for knowledge sharing
• •Establish feedback loops to capture insights on AI adoption
• •Synthesize insights to inform AI roadmap and strategic decisions
