Requirements

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field
  • Two to three years of professional experience as an AI product owner
  • Solid understanding of data preparation, modelling, analysis and visualization techniques
  • Hands-on experience with big data technologies, SQL, Python and visualization tools
  • Foundational understanding of MLOps, DevOps or software engineering principles
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex ideas
  • Ability to operate across multiple cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical thinking and high affinity for data
  • Proactive, curious mindset with a passion for innovation
  • Fluency in English
  • German language skills is a bonus

Tasks

  • Translate complex business challenges into scalable AI products
  • Guide products from ideation to implementation
  • Collaborate with business experts, data scientists, and engineers
  • Apply agile methodologies to build high-quality solutions
  • Lead international pilots and rollouts
  • Ensure products generate measurable results
  • Work with external partners to enhance AI capabilities
  • Contribute to a culture of curiosity and continuous learning
