Designing and maintaining an AI provisioning platform with LLM observability and Datadog alerting. Several years of platform engineering experience with Python/Go and Terraform required. International relocation support, work from abroad option.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Several years of professional experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or backend software development
  • Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
  • Proficiency in Python or Go, and experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker
  • Solid understanding of API cost management, rate limiting, security best practices, and data privacy for AI models
  • Experience with or strong willingness to learn LLM gateways, observability platforms, and telemetry (LiteLLM, Langfuse, Datadog)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, sense of humor, and ability to thrive in ego-free environment

Tasks

  • Design and maintain AI provisioning platform
  • Streamline access to LLMs and MCP Servers
  • Implement LLM observability and logging
  • Set up alerting systems with Datadog and Langfuse
  • Enforce model governance and security
  • Ensure data privacy and rate limiting
  • Manage LLM API costs
  • Collaborate with AI Software Engineers
  • Support cloud-native architectures
  • Integrate agentic workflows
  • Monitor reliability of production AI systems
  • Maintain performance of AI infrastructure
