Requirements

  • At least 5 years professional experience with PHP and/or Python software engineering
  • Experience designing, building, maintaining scalable production applications
  • Experience developing microservices and modern software architectures
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, preferably MLOps principles
  • Knowledge of or interest in LangChain, LangGraph, Neuron AI, or similar tools
  • Hands-on experience with Symfony and/or FastAPI (plus)
  • Fluency in Dutch (required) and English (oral and written)
  • Drive to share knowledge, take ownership, contribute to AI product line

Tasks

  • Transform ideas into scalable, secure production code
  • Translate stakeholder needs into functional requirements
  • Design and build enterprise PHP/Python services
  • Develop AI-integrated applications
  • Apply testing, observability, and CI/CD to PoCs
  • Research modern AI techniques like RAG and Agentic AI
  • Collaborate with AI Process Developers on AI integration
  • Apply best practices for code quality and security
  • Contribute to technical decisions, architecture, and roadmap
  • Mentor junior engineers
  • Monitor AI landscape developments
  • Experiment with new AI techniques and tools
