Requirements

  • Technical degree or comparable qualification and initial software/AI development experience
  • Knowledge of Python or similar, experience with APIs and system integration
  • Initial experience or strong interest in Azure AI Services, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and automation workflows
  • Basic understanding of AI use cases in manufacturing, ideally from projects/internships
  • Proficiency with databases (SQL, SAP BW, MS Fabric) and BI tools (Power BI)
  • Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented thinking
  • Independent, proactive, and effective communication; motivation and team spirit

Tasks

  • KI-basierte Anwendungen mit Azure AI, Copilot Studio und Power Platform entwickeln
  • Effiziente Automatisierungs- und Workflow-Lösungen erstellen
  • AI-Use Cases nahtlos in bestehende Enterprise-Systeme integrieren
  • Einführung, Skalierung und Weiterentwicklung von AI-Lösungen unterstützen
  • Wiederverwendbare AI-Komponenten und Templates aufbauen
  • Eng mit dem AI Solution Architect und globalen Fachbereichen zusammenarbeiten
  • Anwenderdokumentationen erstellen
  • Trainings durchführen
  • Nutzung neuer Lösungen in Teams begleiten
  • In Projekte zu Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und KI einbringen
