- Solid hands-on experience with SQL

- Familiarity with modern data platforms
- Familiarity with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)

- Ability to communicate complex technical topics practically and understandably
- Confident collaboration with clients and diverse stakeholders
- Proactive, self-driven, and team-oriented manner
- Thrive in agile and dynamic environments
- Fluent English
- Additional local language skills are a plus
