  • •Excellent stakeholder management and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • •Adaptive innovator with AI and automation
  • •Systems thinker understanding technical systems and human dynamics

  • •Data-driven optimizer measuring performance and ROI
  • •Change champion fostering AI adoption

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Lead the implementation of the AI orchestration platform
  • •Define guardrails and monitoring standards for AI workflows
  • •Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities
  • •Design and prototype AI-driven workflows using low-code tools
  • •Build reusable templates and playbooks for automation
  • •Track adoption and ROI metrics for automation initiatives
  • •Set up performance dashboards for workflow improvement
  • •Develop AI usage guidelines in collaboration with Legal and Compliance
  • •Establish policies for responsible AI use and human-in-the-loop requirements
  • •Lead AI training sessions and workshops
  • •Create internal content to enhance AI fluency
  • •Act as an internal advocate for AI adoption
