Requirements

  • •3+ years of hands-on experience as an Agile Coach, Kanban facilitator, or similar Agile role
  • •Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills
  • •Experience working in different teams and organizational setups
  • •Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) and remote working tools (Miro, Slack, etc.)
  • •Transparent communication in English; German is nice to have
  • •Genuine care for others and serving their needs
  • •Curiosity, creativity, and sense of humor

Tasks

  • •Coach and support tech and non-tech teams
  • •Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and retrospectives
  • •Promote self-organization within teams
  • •Moderate team conflicts and provide creative solutions
  • •Foster a culture of continuous improvement and feedback
  • •Measure and track KPIs and team performance
  • •Provide actionable insights based on performance data
