In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and platform architecture by designing reusable, parameter-driven capabilities that ensure long-term scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

• •Strong analytical and modeling capability
• •Experience in configurable or multi-tenant platforms
• •Knowledge of rule engines, workflow systems, or parameter-driven architectures
• •Familiarity with agile frameworks
• •Systems thinking and structured documentation skills
• •Strong stakeholder facilitation and communication skills

Tasks

• •Translate business objectives into functional capability models
• •Design configurable solution patterns and workflows
• •Define variation logic instead of custom features
• •Prepare high-quality backlog items for the team
• •Maintain traceability from business goals to implementation
• •Promote configuration over customization to avoid duplication
• •Facilitate requirement workshops with business and technical stakeholders
• •Embed security, performance, and compliance requirements
• •Develop functional domain maps and capability models
• •Write structured user stories with rule-based criteria
• •Manage configuration matrices and parameter catalogs
• •Document business rules and BPMN process models
• •Collaborate with Product Owners on value alignment
• •Coordinate with Architects on target configuration models
• •Refine technical details with the engineering team
• •Support operations with deployment and configuration governance
• •Conduct thorough functional impact assessments
