- Execute international aerospace and supplier financing transactions
- Draft and develop templates for aircraft and helicopter financing
- Review and update existing standard documentation
- Draft, review, and negotiate credit and loan agreements
- Draft, review, and negotiate security agreements
- Draft, review, and negotiate suretyships and repos
- Draft, review, and negotiate confidentiality and cooperation agreements
- Identify legal risks in contracts and transactions
- Advise on legal risks in contracts and transactions
- Provide legal training for other departments
- Support preparation of standard finance transaction documents
- Monitor potential legal issues and regulatory requirements
- Provide legal support for new product processes (NPP)
