- •Knowledge in qualitative and quantitative genetics
- •Interest in testing and developing ideas
- •Large data analysis skills using R or other languages
- •Experience with mapping, sequence data, or AI algorithms
- •Teamwork, analytical thinking, and communication skills
- •Excellent communication skills in English
- •Willingness to travel

- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research projects
- •Conduct qualitative and quantitative genetics research for various crops

- •Drive gene discovery innovation through data mining and GWAS
- •Implement sequence-based genotyping and haplotyping in GWAS workstreams
- •Exchange knowledge intensively with scientists across multiple departments
- •Train breeding and research teams in statistical applications
- •Contribute to working group meetings and breeders' workshops
