Description

As an Advanced Project Manager in Environmental Solutions, you will oversee all facets of project execution, including managing teams and budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role involves fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
• •Advanced degree preferred
• •5–10 years of project management experience in technical industries
• •Proven track record managing large, complex projects (€25M–€120M)
• •PMI PMP or equivalent preferred
• •Fluent in English and German
• •Spanish, French, or Italian is a plus
• •Advanced knowledge of scheduling and cost management tools (Primavera/MSP, SAP)
• •Proficiency in MS Office and data visualization tools
• •Familiarity with risk management tools
• •Strong leadership skills
• •Strategic thinking skills
• •Communication skills
• •Negotiation abilities

Tasks

• •Lead project execution across scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, quality, resources, and stakeholder engagement
• •Develop and maintain project management plans and baselines
• •Create and update risk registers
• •Manage multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment
• •Foster collaboration and accountability within teams
• •Oversee financial performance and forecasting
• •Prepare and present financial reports
• •Maintain strong relationships with clients and regulators
• •Engage with internal stakeholders effectively
• •Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
