Tasks

  • •Lead new customer implementations of Staffbase
  • •Manage project plans and resources for onboarding and growth phases
  • •Develop deployment, change management, and adoption plans for each engagement
  • •Communicate implementation status, issues, risks, and efforts clearly
  • •Build and maintain in-depth product knowledge of core offerings
  • •Understand customer use cases and apply best practices for implementation
  • •Incorporate industry-specific best practices for advanced packages
  • •Establish and oversee initial customer adoption and training
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues during implementation
  • •Collaborate with Sales and CSMs to integrate Staffbase into client architecture
  • •Identify growth and expansion opportunities with existing customers
  • •Act as the voice of the customer and provide feedback for improvement
