Tasks

  • Support university bodies in setting admissions requirements and processes
  • Develop and execute Gisma's admissions strategy
  • Collaborate with leadership on program development
  • Drive recruitment strategies with marketing teams
  • Identify market trends with academic teams
  • Monitor admissions KPIs and pipeline metrics
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations
  • Participate in the University Admissions Committee
  • Monitor committee's admissions requirements and decisions
  • Establish best practice operational procedures and workflows
  • Oversee and improve end-to-end admissions processes
  • Ensure consistent and fair application assessments
  • Assess applications for academic suitability and compliance
  • Lead complex or non-standard admissions cases
  • Manage cases for sanctioned countries or alternative qualifications
  • Consult and obtain approval for exceptional cases
  • Lead, support, and develop an international admissions team
  • Organize workflow and set team priorities
