Tasks

  • Microsoft Intune mit Schwerpunkt Windows Clients administrieren und weiterentwickeln
  • Enrollment, Gerätekonfigurationen und Richtlinien verwalten (Autopilot, Profiles, Compliance)
  • Security- und Compliance-Vorgaben auf Endgeräteebebene umsetzen
  • Client Lifecycle-Management durchführen
  • Endpoint Security Policies pflegen und weiterentwickeln (z. B. Defender, BitLocker, Firewall)
  • Patchmanagement für Windows-Clients durchführen (Security- & Feature-Updates)
  • Patch- und Lifecycle-Management für Applikationen durchführen (Win32, Store Apps)
  • 2nd/3rd-Level-Support im Client- und M365-Umfeld leisten
  • Workplace-Konfigurationen dokumentieren und standardisieren
  • Internen Workplace Warenkorb aktualisieren
