Admin & Accounting Assistant(m/w/x)
Managing office correspondence, bookkeeping, and expat support for an international firm. 1-3 years of administrative and accounting experience required. 30 days vacation, language learning support.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, accounting support, or similar roles
- Basic understanding of accounting (bookkeeping, invoices, AP/AR)
- Experience with HR topics (labor law, employee/expat support)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working in an international environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Business-level English and German (Japanese is a plus)
Tasks
- Manage office correspondence, scheduling, travel, and supplies
- Support accounting through bookkeeping, invoice processing, and expense management
- Handle HR records, onboarding, and payroll coordination
- Provide expat support for visas, residence/work permits, and relocation
- Liaise with external partners including banks, legal, and insurance providers
