Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3-5 years B2B sales experience with proven new customer acquisition success
  • Face-to-face selling experience in enterprise or commercial environments
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and close opportunities independently
  • Fluent German for customer interaction
  • Business communication skills in English
  • Solid understanding of commercial sales processes and pipeline management
  • High self-motivation, resilience, and results-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
  • Frequent travel within assigned territory required

Tasks

  • Identify and target new enterprise and commercial customers
  • Acquire customers within assigned territory
  • Own full acquisition sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand customer needs
  • Present solutions to customers
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales on targets and activities
  • Manage onboarding of newly acquired customers
  • Hand over customers to long-term account teams
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Update internal systems with pipeline information
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions
