Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English and German
- Vocational training or university degree in business, finance, or accounting
- Experience working in a similar role
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Sage Line 500, and Microsoft D365
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & German
- Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks
- Initiative, teamwork, and knowledge sharing

Tasks
- Review cash, AR, and AP reconciliations
- Enter and approve new customer and supplier accounts
- Evaluate accounting practices to ensure cost-effective operations
- Develop and implement new departmental processes
- Support the credit control function
- Review and approve cases within Salesforce
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Collaborate with departments to resolve customer queries
- Provide coverage for colleagues during leave
- Post daily cash receipts and payments
- Reconcile cash receipts against bank statements
- Produce invoices, statements, and credit notes
- Upload and update invoices on e-commerce platforms
- Maintain performance ratios according to company KPIs
- Apply commercial policies across relevant territories
- Adhere to the company code of ethics
- Improve efficiencies through cross-departmental communication
