Requirements

  • Accounts receivable management experience, ideally international trading company
  • Very good Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Strong affinity for numbers
  • Excellent German and English skills

Tasks

  • Post revenue and receivables
  • Allocate received payments to customer accounts
  • Perform bank reconciliation
  • Reconcile receivables
  • Transfer data from subledger to general ledger
  • Reconcile general and subledgers
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing
  • Execute and post outgoing payments
  • Process customer inquiries with accounting background
  • Handle requests from public prosecutors
  • Manage factoring and collections notifications
  • Respond to bank inquiries

Work Experience

  • approx. 1 - 4 years

Education

  • High school diploma

Languages

  • German – Business Fluent
  • English – Business Fluent
