Requirements

  • •Completed commercial training
  • •Solid knowledge in financial accounting and HGB and US-GAAP accounting regulations
  • •Familiarity with proper accounting principles
  • •Basic knowledge in national and international tax law
  • •High diligence, accuracy, and reliability in handling numbers
  • •Hands-on mentality, high loyalty, and discretion
  • •Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
  • •Experience with SAP and MS Office
  • •Knowledge of Concur is advantageous

Tasks

  • •Ensure timely booking of all business transactions
  • •Review, code, and post invoices, including travel expenses and intercompany transactions
  • •Conduct monthly account reconciliations and clarifications
  • •Monitor invoices and oversee smooth payment processes
  • •Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and US-GAAP
