Requirements

  • Completed commercial training (office management assistant, tax clerk, accountant, or similar)
  • Several years of professional experience in financial accounting
  • Proficiency in DATEV or other accounting systems
  • Structured, independent, and reliable work ethic
  • Teamwork and strong sense of responsibility
  • Good written and spoken German

Tasks

  • Handle daily financial accounting
  • Process accounts receivable and payable
  • Record bank and cash journal entries
  • Assist with monthly financial statements
  • Support quarterly financial statements
  • Prepare annual financial statements
  • Maintain master data
  • Perform general accounting administrative tasks
  • Prepare reports for tax advisor
  • Support tax and commercial matters
  • Optionally assist with payroll accounting
  • Handle general administrative tasks in commercial department

Work Experience

  • approx. 1 - 4 years

Education

  • Vocational certification

Languages

  • German – Business Fluent
