- •Experience in crew accounting or management
- •Solid understanding of P&I processes
- •Experience working with international stakeholders
- •Systematic approach and communication skills
- •Fluent business English
- •Good German skills (nice-to-have)
- •Ausbildung zum Schifffahrtskaufmann oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- •Erfahrung in der deutschen Heuerabrechnung

- •Manage end-to-end P&I crew claims
- •Coordinate with agencies and medical providers
- •Administer sick wages and entitlements
- •Maintain accurate records in CFM systems
- •Reconcile P&I expense sheets and invoices
- •Prepare documentation for P&I Club reimbursement
- •Oversee financial accuracy of claim costs
- •Execute payroll for international crew members
- •Manage payment transactions for maritime personnel
- •Correspond with authorities and social insurers
- •Advise clients on payroll and personnel matters
- •Process certificates and mandatory notifications
- •Handle applications for training subsidies
