- •Success transitioning external bookkeeping to in-house
- •Experience integrating spend tools with DATEV
- •Strong intercompany and multi-entity experience
- •Bonus: Exposure to German payroll accounting
- •Passion for in-house accounting and ownership
- •Problem-solving and workflow streamlining skills
- •Adaptability and clear communication skills

Tasks
- •Manage end-to-end in-house bookkeeping using DATEV Rechnungswesen
- •Execute month-end close checklists
- •File accurate and timely VAT returns
- •Migrate accounting data and workflows from external partners
- •Establish SOPs and structured DATEV environments
- •Maintain intercompany billing and monthly reconciliations
- •Enforce consistent documentation across all entities
- •Provide validated schedules for group reporting
- •Integrate Yokoy and feeder systems with DATEV
- •Design standardized procure-to-pay and expense workflows
- •Eliminate posting errors through root-cause automation
- •Post and reconcile payroll-related entries
- •Flag financial risks to ensure audit readiness
- •Coach and support junior team members
