Description

In this role, you will be at the heart of financial operations, preparing essential financial statements and reports while managing accounts receivable and payable. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve ensuring timely payments, handling tax reporting, and contributing to meaningful analyses that support management decisions.

Requirements

• •Interest in supporting the team
• •Completed commercial training or comparable degree in finance
• •Several years of professional experience in accounting
• •Very good knowledge of MS Office applications and experience with SAP
• •Independence, reliability, and responsibility
• •Hands-on approach and strong communication skills
• •Willingness to work at multiple locations
• •Fluency in spoken and written German and English

Tasks

• •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
• •Assist in preparing reports for management and stakeholders
• •Produce meaningful analyses for reporting purposes
• •Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment monitoring
• •Perform intercompany reconciliations
• •Check incoming invoices in accounts payable management
• •Control approval processes for payments
• •Ensure timely payments are made
• •Handle tax reporting
• •Post and document other business transactions
• •Assist with general administrative tasks
• •Take on controlling tasks if interested
