- Progressive sales experience in Medical Devices
- Knowledge of Cardiology and Structural Heart Disease
- Cath Lab experience
- Ability and availability to travel (active driver)
- Understanding of emerging industry trends and interdependencies
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Professional interaction and relationship building
- Anticipating customer needs, feedback, and objections
- Applying knowledge to create value
- Bachelor's Degree (life science or related field)
- Equivalent experience to Bachelor's Degree
Tasks
- Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned territory and customer base within the TMTT business unit.
- Develop and execute account and territory strategies for sustainable growth in key strategic accounts.
- Build and manage strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, referrers, surgeons, and influencers.
- Leverage senior-level customer contacts and internal colleagues to achieve success.
- Develop and close new business opportunities with existing customers.
- Identify areas for improvement to meet sales targets.
- Develop and lead the execution of short- and long-term region plans.
