Tasks

  • Manage a portfolio of U4F customers as their primary commercial contact
  • Act as a product advocate and trusted advisor for customers
  • Drive customer retention and expansion outcomes
  • Identify and progress upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Solution Consulting on growth
  • Conduct structured account reviews to understand customer priorities
  • Assess open issues, adoption, and future roadmap needs
  • Build strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders
  • Position Unit4 as a long-term strategic partner
  • Align customer needs with solution positioning and value realization
  • Coordinate with RevOps, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline progression in the CRM
  • Manage opportunity stages and ensure CRM hygiene
  • Contribute customer insights to the U4F go-to-market strategy
  • Shape product development and commercial execution through feedback
