- Advocate for customers to resolve cross-functional issues
- Act as the primary contact for concerns
- Configure systems to optimize reservation flow
- Identify opportunities to upsell marketing assets
- Achieve quarterly company goals and sales objectives
- Report installation details to technical support staff
- Place reservation links on restaurant websites
- Track activity and coordinate monthly reviews
- Implement restaurant-specific marketing programs
- Drive participation in promotional programs
- Capture feedback for product feature requirements
- Educate operators on industry trends and insights
- Manage restaurant retention and contract renewals
