Sales to key accounts in Mid-Europe, Benelux, and UK for chemical materials. Proven experience managing key accounts and international customers required. Extensive international travel.
Requirements
- Solid experience in chemical sales
- Strong polyurethane (PU) technical understanding (additional asset)
- Ability to interpret customer needs in insulation and composite panel applications (additional asset)
- Proven experience managing key accounts and international customers (DACH/Europe)
- Excellent commercial skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to work across cultures
- Strong strategic thinking
- Value-selling capability
- Ability to work independently with limited training
- Fluency in German and English
- Willingness to travel approx. 40% across Europe
Tasks
- Manage sales and customer relationships for Insulation Systems
- Cover Mid-Europe, Benelux, and UK regions
- Directly own key accounts
- Develop and execute segment strategies
- Develop and execute key account plans
- Liaise with Technical Service, Innovation, Marketing, and sales
- Provide accurate market intelligence, forecasts, and business insights
- Establish and manage commercial contracts
- Monitor profitability
- Ensure commercial excellence
- Represent Huntsman in the insulation market
- Maintain industry relationships
- Stay engaged with market trends
- Ensure compliance with EH&S, Ethics, Competition Law
- Implement EH&S improvement plans

- High school diploma
