- Native German, fluent English (written & spoken)

- Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry concepts
- MS Office, MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency
- AI model usage (ChatGPT, Anthropic)
- Regular account meetings with travel
Tasks
- Increase sales and account profitability
- Build and enhance relationships with major account buying teams
- Plan and execute sales calls
- Communicate sales call materials to internal departments
- Develop and present promotional and marketing plans
- Propose annual sales budgets for assigned accounts
- Prepare for Monthly Business Review Meetings
- Develop gap closure plans to meet sales objectives
- Monitor and develop key account business plans
- Analyze account data including profitability and consumer trends
- Prepare for Monthly Sales & Commercialization Meetings
- Develop long-term account strategies and objectives
- Attend key trade shows as needed
- Participate in retail-sponsored events
- Serve as the primary contact for internal departments
- Send call reports within 48 hours
- Stay informed about external market factors
- Set up regular meetings with assigned accounts
- Travel to client and company offices for meetings
