- Selling into solar/renewable energy industries

- Experience in high-growth company
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC methodology
- Salesforce experience
Tasks
- Drive new business growth in core European markets
- Help solar installers, EPCs, and energy companies modernize operations
- Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Partner with customers to understand and meet their goals
- Deliver tailored solutions for market-specific needs
- Exceed quarterly and annual ARR quotas
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Conduct structured discovery conversations
- Align customer challenges with business outcomes
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering for product demonstrations
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility in Salesforce
- Share market and competitive insights with leadership
- Represent Aurora at industry events and trade shows
