Tasks

  • Drive new business growth in core European markets
  • Help solar installers, EPCs, and energy companies modernize operations
  • Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Partner with customers to understand and meet their goals
  • Deliver tailored solutions for market-specific needs
  • Exceed quarterly and annual ARR quotas
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Conduct structured discovery conversations
  • Align customer challenges with business outcomes
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering for product demonstrations
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility in Salesforce
  • Share market and competitive insights with leadership
  • Represent Aurora at industry events and trade shows
