Requirements

  • Proactive business development, collaboration, accountability, follow-through
  • Strong negotiation and deal closing skills
  • Business fluent German and fluent English skills

Tasks

  • Own and execute end-to-end account strategy
  • Expand share-of-wallet in Retain and Development Accounts
  • Manage account-level profitability and drive growth
  • Drive sales in Personal Systems and Managed Device Services
  • Expand services within the account
  • Maintain and execute comprehensive account strategies
  • Identify and connect customer strategy with HP offerings
  • Build outcome-based sales aligned with customer initiatives
  • Engage with executives to build strong customer relationships
  • Manage pipeline growth and ensure customer retention
  • Coordinate with internal departments to align resources
  • Lead proactive account planning and quarterly updates
  • Elevate and lead C-level and key executive relationships
  • Host customer welcome meetings for smooth handoffs
  • Contribute to successful adoption of services and solutions
