- Experience in direct selling, pipeline management, P&L management
- Experience leading account teams (local and global)
- Strategic account leadership and acting as "account lead"
- Strong collaboration and cross-functional team leadership skills
- Expertise in outcome-based selling and value proposition crafting
- Proficiency in digital and remote selling
- Ability to manage complexity and drive portfolio outcomes
- Knowledge in P&L management
- Strong business acumen and executive presence
- Understanding of modern IT services ecosystem
- Deep expertise in HP's Outcome Based Sales value proposition & offerings
- Ability to develop strong relationships with influencers/decision makers
- Navigate complex organizations for expansion opportunities
- Lead meetings with senior-level stakeholders
- Develop long-term growth strategies using customer/industry knowledge
- Proactive business development, collaboration, accountability, follow-through
- Strong negotiation and deal closing skills
- Business fluent German and fluent English skills
- Curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging tools and technologies (AI)
- Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and apply digital solutions
- Use AI insights to drive smarter decisions and personalized interactions
Tasks
- Own and execute end-to-end account strategy
- Expand share-of-wallet in Retain and Development Accounts
- Manage account-level profitability and drive growth
- Drive sales in Personal Systems and Managed Device Services
- Expand services within the account
- Maintain and execute comprehensive account strategies
- Identify and connect customer strategy with HP offerings
- Build outcome-based sales aligned with customer initiatives
- Engage with executives to build strong customer relationships
- Manage pipeline growth and ensure customer retention
- Coordinate with internal departments to align resources
- Lead proactive account planning and quarterly updates
- Elevate and lead C-level and key executive relationships
- Host customer welcome meetings for smooth handoffs
- Contribute to successful adoption of services and solutions
