Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years selling to Enterprise-sized businesses
  • Bachelor Degree or higher education equivalent, desirable
  • Familiarity with IT, Security, Cybersecurity industry concepts, desirable
  • Salesforce experience, a plus
  • Gmail and Google Docs experience
  • MS Office (Word and Excel) experience
  • Web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.) experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in German
  • Stats-driven business professional
  • Motivated, energetic self-starter
  • Strong collaborative and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision

Tasks

  • Identify and acquire new Enterprise logos
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quota
  • Create opportunities through prospecting
  • Follow up on inbound leads
  • Reignite open customer opportunities
  • Acquire new Enterprise accounts in assigned territory
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities
  • Deploy strategic prospecting techniques
  • Follow lead cadence best practices
  • Conduct product walkthroughs
  • Articulate KnowBe4’s value proposition
  • Educate customers on product benefits
  • Manage the full sales cycle
  • Identify key decision makers
  • Navigate potential roadblocks
  • Follow up on next steps
  • Accurately forecast open opportunities
  • Offer subscription levels and multi-year deals
  • Negotiate discounted pricing
  • Increase Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
  • Maintain accurate sales records in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Channel sales representatives
  • Close new logos through Partner channels
