Requirements

  • Translate complex customer requirements
  • Design tailored Flexport solutions
  • Demonstrate Flexport's platform and services remotely and in-person
  • Manage longer, complex sales cycles
  • Maintain clear next-step ownership
  • Lead commercial discussions aligned with Flexport frameworks
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (Ops, Solutions, Finance, Legal)
  • Shape and progress sales deals
  • Lead customer onboarding process
  • Mobilize internal teams for onboarding
  • Align internal resources for onboarding
  • Ensure smooth transition from sale to execution
  • Establish long-term customer relationships
  • Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders
