Requirements
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
- 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally enterprise
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Strong ability to sell consultatively
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Structured and disciplined approach to pipeline management
- Curiosity and drive as a team player
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region
Tasks
- Own and close high-value enterprise opportunities in the DACH region
- Build trust with General Counsel, Legal Ops, Procurement, Sales, and Compliance leaders
- Run a structured, consultative sales process
- Conduct discovery and qualification of customer needs
- Design tailored solutions and map stakeholders
- Develop business cases and manage security/procurement processes
- Negotiate and close deals effectively
- Translate customer needs into value using Legartis capabilities
- Create and execute strategic account plans
- Map the market and develop expansion strategies
- Lead engaging demos and executive conversations
- Guide evaluation teams through the AI adoption journey
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline
- Ensure high-quality CRM hygiene and predictable revenue performance
