Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
  • 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally enterprise
  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Strong ability to sell consultatively
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Structured and disciplined approach to pipeline management
  • Curiosity and drive as a team player
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region

Tasks

  • Own and close high-value enterprise opportunities in the DACH region
  • Build trust with General Counsel, Legal Ops, Procurement, Sales, and Compliance leaders
  • Run a structured, consultative sales process
  • Conduct discovery and qualification of customer needs
  • Design tailored solutions and map stakeholders
  • Develop business cases and manage security/procurement processes
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively
  • Translate customer needs into value using Legartis capabilities
  • Create and execute strategic account plans
  • Map the market and develop expansion strategies
  • Lead engaging demos and executive conversations
  • Guide evaluation teams through the AI adoption journey
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline
  • Ensure high-quality CRM hygiene and predictable revenue performance
