- •Experience in fast-paced startup or innovation-driven environment
- •Strong understanding of electronics engineering, PCB design, or electronic components ecosystem
- •Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
- •Strategic thinker with high degree of ownership and entrepreneurial mindset
- •Analytical and data-driven
- •Relevant degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA advantageous
