- Ensure media and retail strategies are closely aligned
- Translate client goals into actionable plans
- Align media, analytics, and operations teams
- Lead business reviews
- Present results to senior client stakeholders
- Communicate strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders
- Oversee campaign management across retail media platforms and tools
- Optimize traffic, sales, and ROI
- Build strong relationships with retail media partners and platforms
- Stay ahead of trends and capabilities
- Contribute to thought leadership
