- Ability to build long-term business relationships
- Ability to lead customer projects and manage contracts
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proven success in solution selling and achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of sales processes and principles
- Technical and commercial understanding
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing industry
- Adaptability to markets, applications, and customer profiles
- Quick learning of new technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and spoken)
- German language proficiency
- English language proficiency
- Additional European languages are an advantage
- Strong intercultural competence
- Highly collaborative mindset
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
Tasks
- Increase and secure sales in assigned territory
- Generate business opportunities and manage relationships
- Use Salesforce and Showpad to manage sales process
- Ensure strong customer loyalty through proactive interactions
- Conduct on-site visits as needed
- Take over customers from Business Development team
- Align customer requirements with internal processes
- Report on key performance indicators
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide technical support
- Gather market intelligence and conduct competitive analyses
- Work autonomously and collaborate with cross-functional teams
