- •Bachelor's Degree in life sciences, health economics, marketing, or medical, MBA, or relevant Graduate/Postgraduate Degree
- •Significant pharmaceutical customer-facing experience or experience in cross-functional commercial teams
- •8+ years of access experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry
- •Ability to work in a matrix organization and lead diverse teams
- •Capability to understand complex scientific issues and translate them into effective strategies

- •Serve as the primary point of contact for the unified Access team
- •Champion the Access/Payers perspective on Commercial Leadership Teams
- •Lead the development of scalable access strategies balancing patient access with pricing
- •Assemble and synthesize access insights from research and affiliate feedback
- •Create a compelling Disease Area Access strategic brief to refine commercialization strategy
- •Embed access insights into the commercialization strategy and support local execution
- •Align with Access partners on registrational trials and evidence packages
- •Co-create access materials incorporating diverse stakeholder perspectives
- •Engage externally with Medical/Commercial Ad Boards and Congresses
- •Develop access assessments to inform investment decisions and asset strategies
- •Empower and coach GA partners to deliver insights for integrated access strategies
