Tasks
- Conduct maintenance on production equipment (EGIO/GLA, CVD/RTP systems)
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical and electrical components
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks
- Coordinate and accept comprehensive service work with external companies
- Adhere to relevant regulations (e.g., DGUV)
- Enhance system technology and performance
- Identify failure points and implement process optimizations
- Communicate with other users and maintenance teams
- Determine critical spare parts and ensure their supply
- Train production employees in standardized service tasks
- Document faults and service activities
- Manage internal production projects
- Serve as contact for system installations and relocations
